Cancelation and Refund Policy

Cancelations

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 FULL day before the beginning of your appointment.
  • Same day cancelation will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
  • If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us prior, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
  • If your service is part of a pre-paid series and you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment before your appointment is to begin, you will forfeit that part of your series. EX: If you signed up and paid for a Series of 4 treatments and you do not show up for one of your scheduled appointments or do not reschedule before your appointment time, you will now only receive a total of 3 treatments in your series.

Refunds

  • All payments for services (whether after service, before service or as part of the above cancelation policy) are final.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. In certain circumstances, we may offer a credit for future service.
  • Products purchased via our online store or in person are non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a replacement.
  • Any pre-paid series of treatments cannot be refunded in full or in part. All appointments as part your reduced-price series of treatments must be scheduled and kept or forfeited. There are no exceptions.
