Cancelation and Refund Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 FULL day before the beginning of your appointment.
Same day cancelation will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us prior, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled services.
If your service is part of a pre-paid series and you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment before your appointment is to begin, you will forfeit that part of your series. EX: If you signed up and paid for a Series of 4 treatments and you do not show up for one of your scheduled appointments or do not reschedule before your appointment time, you will now only receive a total of 3 treatments in your series.

All payments for services (whether after service, before service or as part of the above cancelation policy) are final.
We do not offer cash refunds. In certain circumstances, we may offer a credit for future service.
Products purchased via our online store or in person are non-refundable. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a replacement.
Any pre-paid series of treatments cannot be refunded in full or in part. All appointments as part your reduced-price series of treatments must be scheduled and kept or forfeited. There are no exceptions.
